Marc Wilson is a licensed real estate agent with over twenty years of property management and investment management experience. He has extensive experience in turning around troubled properties, including HUD insured and Section 8 properties.

A strong believer in the professionalism of the industry, he is a long time member of the Apartment Association of Greater Fresno. Marc has served on the executive board of the California Apartment Association (CAA) a state organization that promotes professionalism in the industry and serves as an advocate for its members in dealing with State government. Marc is a Rotarian and longtime member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), and has received the Certified Property Manager^® (CPM^®) designation. course.

Sandra Wilson, CPM^® Senior Vice President

Sandy Wilson is a licensed real estate broker with 30 years of property management experience as a resident manager and property supervisor. She has extensive experience managing HUD insured properties, improving cash flow of over-leveraged apartment complexes, as well as skills in managing office and retail shopping centers. She has served on the Executive Board of Directors, and is the past coordinator for the Accredited Residential Manager^® training program. Sandy is a member of IREM and received the CPM^® designation.

Pamela Foster, Vice President Operations/Human Resources

Pamela Foster has 15 years experience in Human Resources. Her experience as a generalist in Human Resource management ranges from overseeing; Benefits, Recruiting, Salary Management, Training, Payroll, Policies and Procedures, Employment Law and Human Resource Legal Management.

Angel Martin, Regional Vice President Multi-Family

Angel Martin has 20 years experience in all phases of property management including leasing agent, assistant manager, manager, assistant supervisor and supervisor. She has a CRM designation and Real Estate License. She participates in the Mark of Distinction and has won Property Supervisor of the Year twice and Leasing Professional of the Year. Angel has been with SAN MAR for 10 years and is Regional V. P. of Multi-Family.

Pat Ann Locey, Property Supervisor Single Family Division

Pat has been with SAN MAR for 12 years. Her experience includes working with homeowner associations, supervisor in multi-family and is currently the Supervisor of the Single Family division. Pat has earned her CCRM and real estate license.
