Each year the California Apartment Association recognizes individuals and buildings in the property management industry for their exceptional accomplishments and commitment to outstanding customer service. Independent judges from the community associated in other professions vote for which individual or building should receive the award, which are presented at an awards ceremony each November.

ETHICS AWARD WINNER
The Better Business Bureau’s Ethics Awards were presented January 24, 2007. The BBB Ethics Awards were presented to companies in recognition of their outstanding commitment to exceptional standards in relationship to their consumers, employees, suppliers, competitors, shareholders, and surrounding communities.

SAN MAR Properties, Inc. will be one of the companies representing the SAN Joaquin Valley in the BBB’s 2008 International Torch Awards held in Arlington, VA.
2006 and 2009BEST COMPANY TO WORK FOR AWARD
SAN MAR Properties, Inc., in the medium category, was chosen as one of the Best Companies to work for in Central California. The competition was divided into two categories: 25 to 199 employees a “medium sized” business and 200 plus employees a “large-sized” business.
Finalists were chosen after a two-part assessment. The first phase was an employer survey which focuses on the company’s policies, practices and demographics. In the second phase employees themselves had their turn, answering an anonymous survey that measures behavioral tendencies about their company and team.
SAN MAR Properties is proud to be one of the 15 finalists making a difference to their employees, their customers and the business climate in Central California.
