SAN MAR Properties, Inc. was started in 1981 by Marc and Sandra Wilson. They wanted a company the investor could turn to in both good and bad times; a company that manages other people's investments as if they were their own.

Since then, our extensive experience and knowledge of California's Central Valley rental market, combined with our proven results, have provided investors with a reliable team to effectively and efficiently manage their rental property. We specialize in multi-family, commercial and single-family properties.

SAN MAR actively manages single family homes, apartment complexes, historic properties, and office buildings. The company has approximately 130 employees, consisting of Property Supervisors, Resident Managers, Leasing Consultants, Maintenance and Custodial Personnel, and Administrative Office Staff.

Professional, hands-on service has been the company's hallmark since its founding. SAN MAR Properties has been designated an ACCREDITED MANAGEMENT ORGANIZATION® (AMO®) firm by the Institute of Real Estate Management. The AMO® designation is only given to a select group of management companies (approximately 650 nationwide) that meet the high standards for professionalism and ethics established by IREM.
